NATIONALS COUNTDOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUNE 30th- JULY 4th

NDS THE EXPERIENCE NATIONAL FINALS will be 4 jammed packed days of high energy competition, Master Classes, “LIVE AND PERSONAL“ private sessions, The Star Champion Experience, Line Dancing Chill Out, Dance Off Showcase, Special Judges’ Awards, Dancer of The Year Recognitions, Class of 2025 Graduation Send Off and a ton of fun and excitement! During downtime, there is also plenty to do at the Showboat Hotel from the Island Waterpark to the Lucky Snake Hotel, as well as beach fun and boardwalk excitement just outside the hotel doors!

Nationals Competition is broken up daily into a morning session and a late afternoon/evening session.  There will be a mid-day break.  Workshops will be scheduled during these breaks, as well as throughout the day.  We hope this prevents dancers from having to juggle competing and taking class, and also allows for families to have time to relax, decompress and enjoy their mini “vacation“!

*The schedule breakdown will be posted once the schedule is released within 10-14 days of Competition. Similarly to our regional competitions, our schedule is based upon entries received and will be determined after our registration deadline. Please submit any scheduling requests at the time of registering via the schedule request link, which can be provided upon request.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, JUNE 6th!!!  Please complete the form and submit it electronically and forward payment via check or request an invoice for electronic payment options. If you are attending as a STAR CHAMPION SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT, forms but be submitted by the deadline and scholarship certificates uploaded in lieu of payment. Attendance for the entire experience is required to receive credit for associated free National entry.  

Specific Star Champion rehearsal times will be released when final performance schedules are posted .  Rehearsals are closed.  All rehearsals are MANDATORY.  Parents will need to only stay the first 15 minutes of Monday’s rehearsal for a quick overview meeting. Otherwise, parents drop dancers off at rehearsals.  We ask parents to return 15 minutes prior to the end of rehearsal.  Dancers are to wear dance attire to rehearsals.  Please bring plenty of water.  All Star Champions are required to take at least 4 workshops in order to perform in the Showcase, no exceptions will be made unless approved by one of the NDS Directors.  Sign in Sheets will be provided at each workshops.  Each female dancer must bring black sports bra, black leggings, black bootie shorts, and nude jazz bootie, paw or foot undies to wear during performances. (Male dancers, please bring black basketball shorts and black sweatpants)  Dancers may elect to dance bare foot.  Performance tops will be provided.

Workshops will be held during all mid-day lunch breaks, as well as each morning for a ballet/stretch warm up. There may also be a few additional classes scheduled throughout the  competition sessions.  Classes will be divided between 12 and under and 13 and over.  A full schedule of classes will be released once performance schedules are posted.

Dancers are invited to join us to relax, and learn a few line dances as seen on Tik Tok! Instruction will be provided as well as time to simply dance and hang out. Date and time TBD based on final performance schedule.
